to come out with a message to speak out against the violence in relationships, such as elder abuse, child abuse, marital/date violence.
How:
Through posters, drawings, short films or writings.
Individual/team(max 4 pax)
Registration is by 25 September (fax).
Submission Dateline: 14 October, 5.30pm (HARD and SOFT copies)
Award ceremony: 4 November 2009 (Ngee Ann Polytechnic)
